After a period of concentration and dedication to work, the Lin-Ha-Bi-Pha team decided to spend the weekends in July on tourism activities, with the aim of relieving stress - recreating energy – unites employees in the whole group. The selected location is Cua Lo Beach - a famous tourist destination full of sunshine and wind with a magnificent seashore.
The delegation had a trip to visit Uncle Ho's hometown at Sen Village, where the Board of Directors of the company had an activity to offer incense to commemorate and express deep gratitude to the merits of him - the old father of the nation. This is also a trip for people to understand more about history and pass on a message to future generations.
In between entertainment activities, our group held an internal training session with the theme: "Corporate culture" with the speaker - General Director Vo Ngoc Thang. With the desire to share useful knowledge, as well as orient and connect people by corporate culture and towards a common mission, from which to bring the Lin-Ha-Bi-Pha ship to keep going.
And it is impossible not to mention the Gala dinner - the most anticipated event of the trip, with fun games, delicious meals, and especially a cultural competition between departments in the group. Each department has brought very creative, attractive performances and created a great atmosphere for the Gala night, leaving an unforgettable memory for everyone.
At the end of our 3 days of travel, we were full of energy and ready to fight for our year-end goals!
