With the goal of continuing the movement of learning and training employees in 2022, the HR department in conjunction with the reform department of LIN-HA-BI-PHA Corporation organized a 2-day coaching session for the sales team: "SALES BREAKTHROUGH MASTER CAMP"
The main content of the coaching session is divided into 4 main parts:
Part 1: From Good to Great: Mr. Vu Duc Soan, reform leader explains how a company is considered great – what they did to become great – what we must do to become a great Coporation
Part 2: “The Ultimate Sales Training Camp”: Mr. Duong Van Tu, deputy head of the reform department, imparted a comprehensive course in both thinking and expertise, the skills needed to break through for a Salesperson
Part 3: Mr. Vu Duc Soan explains the company's model - process, the reason why it is necessary to improve and perfect the process of the Corporation in the coming time. Students divide into groups to do the course harvesting exercise
Part 4: General Director of the company – Mr. Vo Ngoc Thang answered students' opinions, shared the leadership's orientation and closed the training session
The coaching session was prepared very thoughtfully and professionally with the full and enthusiastic participation of the entire business department of the Company. Interspersed with the time to focus on studying are physical activities, games, questions and answers... bringing joy, laughter and energy to all participating staff.
At the end of 2 days of coaching, although it is not long, the amount of knowledge shared as well as the value brought to students is extremely large. The company's employees are very excited about what they have been trained in and look forward to more training sessions in the near future.
